Initially, I wasn’t sure I was going to feel about this book. The Prologue really sets the stage and I wasn’t sure if I was going to like Dylan very much based on his actions. That being said, things didn’t go the way that I initially thought which I was happy about. I really enjoy quirky heorines and Zoe takes the cake. For as smart as she is, Zoe is absolutely clueless for a good chunk of the book. She’s frustrating and rambles about the most random things at the most inopportune times but Gia Riley nailed it. I had a really hard time with her relationship with her sister, Keely. Zoe is a doormat for Keely when she has no reason to be. Just because she’s more into her studies than partying, doesn’t mean she’s unworthy. I could not stop laughing as I read this book. Poor Dylan couldn’t have been more transparent if his feeling were written on his forehead. I admire his patience and persistence though. His world revolved around Zoe and he made it known even if he had a hard time expressing it through words. His actions spoke volumes. The pace was good and with all the silly comments that Zoe makes there was never really a dull moment. I really enjoyed this one.
