Welcome to the island.
This is no fantasy.
You’ll face fears.
You’ll face travesty.
You’ll face yourself.
One deserted island.

I was really excited to read Redemption Island. The writing is great and I love how unique the story is. Juliet and Tack are both fighting demons but even through their differences, they are able to find solace in each other on this island. You could tell how connected they were even when there was tension in between them. Juliet had to face some truly unfortunate circumstances but she didn’t let those trials defeat her. She kept pushing forward even when she was feeling weak. Tack is entitled but you could really see how much he grew from the beginning to the end. The story flowed very well but the pace was just too slow for me. I struggled keeping interest at times. Aside from that I really enjoyed this one.
