My Review:
I seriously could never imagine going through what Maxie went through. She didn’t give up or give in to every obstacle thrown her way and that seriously showed how strong she is. I loved that she wanted to stand on her own two feet. Lucas had a troubled past but he made the best of it. No matter what his parents or brother put him through, he found a way to push forward. You could really feel how much Lucas and Maxie cared for each other. Going Down Fast has a little suspense and it’s fast paced. There wasn’t a whole lot of depth though. I feel like the main problem was solved way too easily. I liked the characters but for the most part it was hard to get into the plot.
